The Bay Visit Mount Intermediate Woodwork Room

We had such an amazing time when we visited Mr Gillies-Smith at the Intermediate. He made us some fabulous wooden butterflies, he cut out our initials, along with some special little dogs and dolphins.
We learnt to sand, drill, glue and clamp, and hot poker our creations.
Mrs Rae just couldn't leave out any photos because 'everyone' told a special story and showed how busy and engaged we all were with our learning - just like our Action Stations, but real cool. And whose photo could you leave out? ... no one:-)

Thank you Mr Gillies-Smith, we loved our trip and a special thank you to all our super parents who helped and transported us - you are STARS TOO!

And back at school, we've started undercoating.... watch this space and things to come.
